Yesterday I had Rougemont grape juice, Pepsi, Ginger Ale and water with three toasts made with the rest of the now three days old white bread (no crusts - butter), one Granny Smith apple, frozen vegetables (brussels sprouts + carrots + cauliflower + broccoli) with butter and Les Aliments M&M fetucini alfredo with onion salt (did not eat all that - put the rest in the fridge), three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and olive oil, spaghetti with tomato paste.
