Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi, Ginger Ale and Orange Crush with three toasts made with Villagio white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter + 1 with butter & coconut spread), some of the rice leftovers and part of a cucumber, the rest of a milk Aero, some of the rice leftovers, four white uncooked potatoes pan fried in vegetable oil, Cheetos puffs, two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
