Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), brussel sprouts and cauliflower and broccoli (all frozen - i just put it all in boiling water) with butter, Coaticook butterschotch ripple ice cream, white mushrooms and one green onion pan fried in butter and shells and tomato paste, part of a milk Aero, two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
