Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with the white bread (no crusts - butter), the pork leftovers and coleslaw (green cabbage + miracle whip), a Minions Kinder Surprise, Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips, Selection chicken penne (did not eat all that - the rest is in the fridge), corn syrup with two slices of Gadoua white bread but did not eat the crusts, some of the pasta (Knorr) leftovers and five white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter.
I also took Adults Essentials complete vitamins gummies for women.
