Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), Vadeboncoeur milk chocolate easter size bites, the rest of the pizza leftovers, Ruffles nature chips, some of the pasta leftovers and poutine (Les Aliments M&M wavy fries + poutine sauce + cheddar cheese curds).

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
