Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi, Ginger Ale and Orange Crush with one toast made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one Black Diamond marblelicious cheesestring, bows with tomato paste, Coaticook butterstcotch ripple ice cream, fried rice (vegetable oil + chicken cooked and cut in pieces at IGA + white rice + green onions + soya sauce), three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
