Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with three toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - butter), the meat pie leftovers (with ketchup), St-Hubert traditional coleslaw, Ruffles nature chips, Les Aliments M&M poutine, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in vegetable oil, the rest of the pasta leftovers, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter and Golden Harvest pretzels.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
