Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and water with four toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and one white mushroom pan fried in the grease and butter with one egg scrambled with it, Froot Loops (like chips), white rice with white mushrooms pan fried in butter and tomato paste, original strawberry Skittles, Froot Loops (like chips again), six Les Aliments M&M potato patties and original orange Skittles.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
