Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), a salad (15% cream + iceburg lettuce) and some of the pasta leftovers, Les Aliments M&M poutine, three Minions cookies, some of the pasta leftovers, Lay's wavy nature chips, the rest of the pasta leftovers, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
