Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and water with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one Gala apple, three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and two eggs scrambled in the grease and butter with Velveeta cheese, part of a caramel Aero, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks, bread with some of the poutine sauce and most of a poutine from St-Hubert, part of a caramel Aero and frozen vegetables (brussel sprouts + broccoli + cauliflower - boiled in water and taken with butter) and some of the pasta leftovers.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
