Dear Nancy -
OK if you are trying to break a habit of lying in bed for hours then maybe shaking things up with be what you need to help out . I'm all for changing things around if you want! And some people do react well to that morning sunshine and having a sunny day before them.
Are there other things you can build into your schedule, to lure you out, that you'd like doing? A local library to visit? A local park to walk in?
