Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with four toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one Gala apple, some of the restaurant leftovers (still took out the peperoni and green peppers + took the fries with ketchup) and St-Hubert coleslaw, Ritz original cookies, Lay's wavy nature chips, shells with one green onion and white mushrooms pan fried in olive oil and tomato paste, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
