Yesterday I had Rougemont fruit punch, Pepsi and Orange Crush with one toast made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - with butter and corn syrup), all dressed pizza (took out the pepperoni and green peppers + only ate the inside of the top crust[do that almost always when its not that i dont eat anything of it al all]) and fries (with ketchup) from Le Normandin, Ruffles nature chips, Knorr homestyle cheddar pasta with green onions and white mushrooms pan fried in butter and Cheetos puffs.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
