Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch and Pepsi with two toasts made with the two days old white bread (no crusts - butter), fried macaroni (vegetable oil + scallops + green onions + macaroni + soya sauce), one white uncooked potato pan fried in butter and some of the rice leftovers with butter, Coaticook vanilla ice cream, three Les Aliments M&M potato patties with ketchup (did not eat the sides), Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips.

I also took omega-3 (gummies for adults).
