Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and water with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), Les Aliments M&M poutine, one raw pre-cut Pillsbury Minions sugar cookie, Selection alfredo broccoli lasagna, five Minions Pillsbury sugar pre-cut cookies, two white potatoes and one nantes carrot boiled then mashed with milk and butter with beef (1 inside french round steak) and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
