Yesterday I had Selection fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with one half of a Pom english muffin (butter), a big piece of what was a pork roast boiled (out the freezer 1 or 2 days before) and after more than one hour I added part of a cauliflower and nantes carrots and one white potato (vegs eaten with butter - some meat + cauliflower + carrot remained), Coaticook three color ice cream, Ruffles salt and vinegar chips, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.
