Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and water with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one Gala apple, two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and pieces of a white onion fried in the grease and butter then one egg scrambled in this, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks, the poutine leftovers, one Black Diamond marblelicious cheesestring, the pasta leftovers, two Black Diamond marblelicious cheesestrings and white rice with tomato juice.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
