Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - 2 with butter and sugar spread + 1 with butter), one cheeseburger (Pom hamburger bread + ground beef + two slices of Kraft singles [1 on each side] + white mushrooms pan fried in butter on top and relish on the bottom & mustard on both sides), one cheeseburger (Pom hamburger bread + 2 slices of Kraft singles [1 on each side] + mustard on both sides + relish on top + the rest of the white mushrooms at the bottom), some more of the brownies, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, Compliments nature wavy chips.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
