Today was an oatmeal breakfast cookie and 5 cups of coffee with soymilk. Sounds like a lot but the cups were small so it's probably more like 2 1/2 cups regular size. Lunch will be pinto beans and ham with cornbread, salad, dessert, milk and iced tea -- all for $1 at the senior center. It's only $1 if you're over 60. I think dinner will be loaded baked potato with bacon soup and crackers. I prefer a smaller evening meal. Then I snack a little on some chips and salsa at night because it's Temptation Tuesday on the Oprah channel -- (OWN).
