Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Coke with four toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), Christie premium plus salted top crackers, Selection alfredo broccoli lasagna, Christie premium plus salted top crackers, fried rice (vegetable oil + scallops + white rice + green onions + soya sauce), a mcnugget trio with barbecue sauce from McDonald's, some of the rice leftovers and Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
