Yesterday I had three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), some of the pasta leftovers and St-Hubert traditional coleslaw, Froot Loops (like chips), Christie premium plus salted top crackers, Selection alfredo broccoli lasagna, St-Hubert traditional coleslaw and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, part of a caramel Aero, Les Aliments M&M poutine and Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
