Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Orange Crush with four toasts made with Villagio white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter + 2 with butter and sugar spread + 1 with butter), two nantes carrots and two white potatoes boiled then mashed with butter and six Compliments chicken nuggets with the rest of the mushroom sauce, the poutine leftovers, white rice with tomato juice, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
