Yesterday I had Compliments fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with the four days old white bread (no crusts - butter), Les Aliments M&M baby brussel sprouts and Les Aliments mixed vegetables (broccoli + cauliflower + carrots) all eaten with butter plus Cordon Bleu meatballs and round potatoes with gravy, two raspberry Pop Tarts, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter, Lay's wavy salt and vinegar chips.

I also took omega-3 (gummies).
