Yesterday I had Oasis orange juice, Pepsi and Orange Crush with two fried eggs (taken with white bread) and half a slice of bacon, one cheeseburger (mustard) from Cantine Francis, half a carrot, two white potatoes and half a carrot boiled with two pork chops and brown sauce, Coaticook vanilla ice cream, Ruffles nature chips, Pillsbury reindeer pre-cut sugar cookies, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
