Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with four toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one Gala apple, one Nantes carrot, the rest of the poutine leftovers and a salad (iceburg lettuce and 15% cream), three Minions cookies, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in olive oil and butter, the rest of the pasta leftovers with white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
