Yesterday I had Rougemont fruit punch and Pepsi with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), all dressed pizza (took out the green peppers and peperoni) and fries (with ketchup) from Le Normandin, Ritz original cookies, the rest of the rice leftovers, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and Froot Loops (like chips).

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
