Last night before doing my exercise I was thirsty and I drank water instead of anything else.

For breakfast I had two toasts and grape juice. For the rest of the day I had Pepsi with the rest of the pasta leftovers, chocolate (Aero), a salad, cheese, a microwave poutine, white uncooked potatoes fried in vegetable oil and pretzels.

I also took vitamins and calciums.
