I had a banana bread Belvita bar and coffee with almond milk. For lunch I will get some fish or a burger and a diet Dr. Pepper. I'l snack on something - not sure yet what. Dinner will be creamy skillet noodles with peas from the April/May 2015 issue of Taste of Home - Simple & Delicious - page 30. Maybe I'll have a little chocolate mug cake after dinner. Water -- about 4 quarts today.
