Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with four toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one Gala apple, the rest of the salad leftovers with a frozen Selection alfredo broccoli lasagna, barbecue Fritos, rotinis with tomato paste, Freddo milk chocolates and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
