Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with three toasts made with fresh white bread (no crusts - butter), two sandwiches (4 slices without crusts of the fresh bread + mustard + 1 scrambled egg) and the rest of the leftover salad, one fisherman shell (bought at IGA), white rice and white mushrooms pan fried in butter and tomato paste, blue Smarties, vanilla Oreo cookies.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
