Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Orange Crush with three toasts made with Villagio white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter + 2 with butter and coconut spread), one nantes carrot, two nantes carrots and two white uncooked potatoes boiled then mashed with milk and butter and the rest of the chicken with St-Hubert mushroom sauce, Coaticook butterschotch ripple ice cream, Compliments straight cut frozen fries pan fried in vegetable oil (2 times), Christie premium plus salted top crackers, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
