Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with five toasts made with fresh white bread (no crusts - butter), some of the meat and vegetable leftovers (the vegetables with butter and the carrot with the beef and the salted meat alone), one Vadeboncoeur milk chocolate hen, Option+ wavy nature chips, white rice with tomato paste, vanilla Oreo cookies, some of the restaurant leftovers (did not eat the crust + green peppers + peperoni & took the fries with ketchup).

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
