Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), Christie premium plus salted top crackers, some of the restaurant leftovers (took out the peperoni and green peppers + took the fries with ketchup), Golden Harvest pretzel sticks, the pasta leftovers, golden Oreo cookies and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in vegetable oil and butter.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
