Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with two toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one cheeseburger (Pom hamburger bread + 2 Kraft singles cheese slices [1 on each sides] + mustard on the bottom bread + relish on the top bread), Selection alfredo broccoli lasagna, one Kinder surprise chocolate (Minions), white rice with tomato paste, Compliments wavy nature chips.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
