Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with four toasts made with fresh white bread (no crusts - butter), a salad (15% cream + iceberg lettuce), Option+ wavy nature chips, pieces of green onions and white mushrooms pan fried in butter and bows and cheese and Catelli meat sauce, red Smarties, eight jumbo Rolos, two slices of bacon, three white cooked (that afternoon) potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter and white mushroom pan fried in the grease and butter then when it was one egg scrambled.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
