Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with four toasts made with white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter + 1 with butter and maple caramel + 1 with butter + 1 with butter and maple caramel), one lobster, white onion pieces and white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, Christie premium plus salted top crackers, Blue Menu virginia in shells peanuts (taken out a few days [2 or 3 i think] ago then with salt), one Gala apple, macaroni with tomato paste, Les Aliments shoestring fries with ketchup and Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
