I'm going to make an attempt today to not be so hugely horrid with what I eat. Breakfast was a lot of coffee and almond milk with sliced pears. Late morning snack was a small bowl of Rice Krispies with almond milk. For lunch I have some raviolis and I will have a small bowl of that. Not sure what my late afternoon snack is going to be yet. Supper will be a big huge bowl of beans I've had cooking all morning. Evening snack is still up for debate. Loads of water and absolutely NO DIET SODA. <--- Really been trying to fool myself with that. Diet soda is full of salt and slt retains water so no way Jose.
