Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), St-Hubert traditional coleslaw, Ruffles nature chips, one slice of bacon and three white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter, part of a caramel Aero, Ruffles nature chips, St-Hubert traditional coleslaw and Les Aliments M&M poutine, white rice with tomato juice, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and Golden Harvest pretzels.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
