Yesterday I had Selection apple juice, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with one fried egg (ate the yolk with the white of a gadoua slice), a fried egg with the rest of the vegetable oil used for the first egg (eaten the same way), two original and three onion flavored Cavendish potato patties with ketchup (did not eat the sides), some of the pasta leftovers, three uncooked and one cooked (boiled by mom the day or 2 days before) pan fried in onion salt and butter and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter.
I also took Adult Essentials complete vitamin gummies for women.
