Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and Orange Crush with two tosts made with white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter and coconut spread + 1 with butter), one peach, Boulangerie Grissol melba canapé original cookies with butter, a salad (iceburg lettuce + 15% cream) and four Les Aliments M&M potato patties with ketchup, penne rigate with white mushrooms pan fried in butter and tomato paste.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
