Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with four toasts made with white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter and coconut spread + 3 with butter), a salad (iceburg lettuce wit 15% cream) and the rest of the leftover fries with barbecue sauce, one fisherman's shell with potatoes, penne rigate with white mushrooms and one green onion pan fried in butter and Catelli meat sauce and Velveeta cheese, two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
