Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with five toasts made with fresh white bread (no crusts - butter), a salad (15% cream + iceberg lettuce) and five Cavendish original potato patties with ketchup, one Kinder surprise (Minions), parts of green onions and white mushrooms pan fried in butter with white rice and tomato paste, part of a caramel Aero.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
