Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi, water and Ginger Ale with four toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one giant pancake (made the Martha Stewart recipe that i found this winter - second time doing that) with corn syrup, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks, Knorr creamy chicken fusilli with St-Hubert traditional coleslaw and a Les Aliments M&M poutine.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
