Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi, water and Orange Crush with two toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), Knorr chicken pasta (with white mushrooms pan fried in butter and butter) and a salad (15% cream and iceburg lettuce), two Nantes carrots, two raw Minions Pillsbury pre-cut sugar cookies, the rest of the pizza leftovers (took out the peperoni and green peppers), Les Aliments M&M poutine, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
