Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and Orange Crush with fou toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), Boulangerie Grissol melba canapé original cookies, fried rice (vegetable oil + shrimps + scallops + white rice + green onions + soya sauce), four white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
