Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with toasts made with the two days old white bread (no crusts - butter), five Cavendish onion potato patties with ketchup and most of the salad leftovers, one Vadeboncoeur milk chocolate hen, Option+ wavy nature chips, white mushrooms pan fried in butter and bows and tomato paste, vanilla Oreo cookies.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
