Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi and Ginger Ale with five toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), three white potatoes boiled and one butterfly pork chop and mushroom sauce, part of a caramel Aero, fried rice (vegetable oil + part of a whole chicken cooked at Metro + 4 green onions + soya sauce), white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and Golden Harvest pretzels.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
