Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, Pepsi, water and Ginger Ale with two toasts made with Gadoua white bread (no crusts - butter and maple caramel), two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter with one white mushroom pan fried in the grease and butter and one egg scrambled with it, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks, macaroni with tomato paste and St-Hubert traditional coleslaw, Christie premium plus salted top crackers and Les Aliments M&M straight cut fries with ketchup.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
