Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water and Pepsi with four toasts made with yesterday's fresh bread (no crusts - butter), two veal sandwich steaks and some of a salad made by mom (iceberg lettuce + 15% cream), yellow Smarties, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the veal grease and butter, Ritz sticks with cheese, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter, rigatoni and white mushrooms pan fried in butter and tomato paste.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
