Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Orange Crush with four toasts made with Villagio white bread (no crusts - 1 with butter + 2 with butter and sugar spread + 1 with butter), two nantes carrots and two white potatoes boiled then mashed with butter and six Compliments chicken nuggets with the rest of the mushroom sauce, the poutine leftovers, white rice with tomato juice, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Orange Crush with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - butter), one fisherman's shell (bought at IGA), one Vadeboncoeur milk chocolate caramel center easter size bite, Compliments frozen straight cut fries pan fried in vegetable oil and ketchup, Uncle Ben's broccoli and cheddar rice (added butter after it was cooked), Coaticook butterschotch ripple ice cream.

I also took vitamins (with calcium).

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Orange Crush with five toasts made with fresh white bread (no crusts - butter), McDonald's (2 cheeseburgers + 1 medium fries), white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter, one Vadeboncoeur milk chocolate caramel center easter size bite, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks, white uncooked potatoes pan fried in the grease and butter.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).

Yesterday I had IGA fruit punch, water, Pepsi and Orange Crush with three toasts made with white bread (no crusts - 2 with butter and sugar spread + 1 with butter), spaghetti with one green onion pan fried in butter and Catelli meat sauce and cheddar cheese curds (all heated in the same pan - yesterday too it was heated in a frying pan), two white uncooked potatoes pan fried in butter and one egg scrambled in the grease and butter, Vadeboncoeur milk chocolate caramel center easter size bites, Golden Harvest pretzel sticks.

I also took vitamins (with calcium in it).
